The building will be completed end of Q1 2025.
In August ’23 Kirkland received a grant of planning for a Medical Services Building. The building is 60k sqft and is fully let to the Bons Secours Hospital Group, it will be used as an ancillary services building containing diagnostics equipment and consultancy rooms.
