62 acre suburban site. Currently under construction is a Bon Secours 150 bed private hospital and a 1,100 pupil (Educate Together) secondary school. Scheduled for construction in 2024, is a 60k sqft medical diagnostics centre, and a large neighbourhood centre with a big box grocery retailer. We are currently in the process of designing c.300 residential units. When complete it will represent a total investment of €300m.
